Introduction：

CES-AM335X development platform is an industrial-grade development platform developed by Haitianxiong Electronic. Based on TI's Sitaraseries ARMprocessor AM335X, it is designed with a highly integrated SOC module which has an integrated capacity of 512MB. DDR3 granules, 1GB SLC NandFlash and power management chip.

CES-AM335X development platform is comprised of SOC module, base-plate, display driver board and development aids. The SOC module AM3354 is an industrial control MCU with the clearest product positioning and with a maximum operating frequency of 800MHz. It integrates the microprocessor unit based on ARM Cortex-A8. , two-way MAC controller and POWERVR SGXTM graphics accelerator and the functions in terms of image, graphic processing and peripherals are enhanced to ensure high performance while the system is running at low power consumption. The SOC module can be used on target products directly so as to save both the development time and cost. Base-plate consists of functional units and expansion modules. The functional units include the commonly used UART serial data ports,universal serial data ports of USB master/slave devices, Ethernet interface, I2C communication interface, CAN communication interface,RS485 communication interface, MMC/SDIO interface, McASP interface, ADC interface, AUIAO, LVDS and RGB dual-display control interface,GPIO input and output functions,etc.

CES-AM335X development platform is optional for 7-inch resistive touch LCD display and 10.1-inch capacitive touch LCD display, providing a complete development kit and software package. Rich resources and optimized software and hardware could meet the needs of most products and be applied in the fields of industrial control, medical electronic, energy saving and environmental protection, intelligent transportation, energy saving, power system, communication system, numerical control industry, automotive electronic, industrial touch screen control system, robot vision, media processing wireless application,digital home appliances, vehicle equipment, communication equipment , network terminals,etc.
